Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers payments made to Rovox for sponsorship and advertising placements. Rovox is a directory and does not currently sell consumer products, subscriptions, or paid user accounts, so this policy applies to business advertising arrangements only.

2. Sponsorship and advertising fees

Sponsorship and advertising placements are sold for a defined period at a price agreed in advance. The scope, duration, and price of each placement are confirmed in writing before the placement begins.

3. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of a placement by contacting us. A placement that has not yet started can be cancelled before its start date. A placement that is already live can be stopped on request, but fees for the period already run are not refundable.

4. Refunds

Where a refund is due — for example, if Rovox is unable to deliver an agreed placement, or a placement is cancelled before it starts — we refund the unused portion of the fee. Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the undelivered period. Refunds are not provided for placements that have already been delivered in full.

5. How to request a refund

To request a cancellation or refund, email hello@rovox.in with the placement details. We aim to acknowledge requests within a reasonable time and to process approved refunds promptly, through the original payment method where possible.

6. Taxes

Fees and refunds are handled in line with applicable Indian tax law. Where GST applies, it is shown on the invoice, and refunds are adjusted accordingly. GST details: Not applicable.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
